An antique county map of Warwickshire from 'English Topography or, A Series of Historical and Statistical Descriptions of the several Counties of England and Wales.' Printed for Baldwin, Craddock, and Joy Paternoster-Row. Published in 1816 with contemporary outline colouring. This map was engraved by John Roper and drawn by George Cole. and originally issued to accompany 'The Beauties of England and Wales' and issued in the 'British Atas' in 1810.

Initially issued in 1607, Britannia was the first publication that contained a complete set of individual county maps of England and Wales. The maps were based on the earlier work of Christopher Saxton and John Norden and were engraved by William Hole and William Kip. Blank verso. Wide margins beautiful early colouring.
