Click on image to enlarge	John Bill. This antique county map of Surrey is from a rare little atlas entitled "The Abridgement of Camden's Britannia" and was published by John Bill in 1626. These maps were the first county maps to show reference to latitude and longitude in the left and bottom margins. This map is uncoloured as published and has been trimmed to within a quarter of an inch of the platemark. Approx 11.5cms by 8.5cms. Price: £450.00
