This features a series of ten late eighteenth century road strip maps, running through Warwickshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales. Towns and cities covered include: Dudley, Shrewsbury, Chester, Conway and Beaumaris. These unusual and interesting road maps were produced for publication in "The Gentleman's Magazine", and are now becoming increasingly hard to find. Circa 1776. Later coloured by hand. Along the way, this map locates farms, battlefields and coal pits. Approx 28cms by 17cms. Price: £75.00

It was published in 1775. Later coloured by hand. This map includes the section from Talybont to Dinas Mouthy to Bala to Ruthyn to Holywell. Approx 20cms by 15cms. Price: £65.00
