An antique line engraving of John Tillotson Archbishop of Canterbury by Jacobus Houbraken (1630-1694), after Sir Godfrey Kneller. Engraved in Amsterdam aand published circa 1746. John Tillotson is wearing robe and bands; in an ornamental oval; an embroidered cloth and a putto pointing at a book below, with additional lettering; after Godfrey Kneller. Inscription in lower margin reads "Jacobus Houbraken sculps. Amst." and "In the Collection of the Right Hon: the Master of the Rolls" and "G. Kneller pinx.". Some marginal tears all round.

Published by Mr Turner, 50 Warren Street, Fitzroy Square, London. 7 June 1838. Has three marginal tears one extending into image from the middle of the right margin. The paper is cracking along the bottom edge of the image and some flaking of the paper in the bottom margin has occurred. Has previously been laid on linen.

An antique mezzotint engraving by John Murphy after George Romney. The print is entitled "The Right Honourable Charles Lord Hawkesbury Chancellor of the Duchy and County Palatine of Lancaster. One of His Majesty's most Honourable Privy Council". He is holding a snuff box in his left hand, beside him is a table with books, one lettered "Report on Commercial Intercourse with America", and papers referring to the encouragement of navigation, and Greenland whale and Newfoundland fisheries; open lettering and publication date inscribed in ink. Published March 19th, 1788.
