Although unsigned it is often attributed to James Gillray originally published by H. Humphrey in London in 1791. The initials G.M. in the bottom right margin is believed to be the artist George Moreland. This map was published by Henry Bohn. Circa 1851. The colouring is later.

The figure 4 appears just outside the border in the top right hand corner. The name of the publisher and the date of publication is also unknown but this map is typical of maps produced in the late eighteenth century.
