This rare antique caricature map of England and Wales is in the form of an old woman seated in profile on the back of a sea creature. Although unsigned it is often attributed to James Gillray originally published by H. Humphrey in London in 1791. The initials G.M. in the bottom right margin is believed to be the artist George Moreland. This map was published by Henry Bohn. Circa 1851. The colouring is later.
